When you send in your watch, a specialist will evaluate your timepiece and send a repair fee quote. Following fee approval, we will service and return the timepiece.

We recommend using a courier service that provides a tracking number and optional insurance.
WE EVALUATE
our certified technichans and watchmakers will recommend services to repair or restore your timepiece
WE REPAIR & RETURN
Once you approve the repair quote, we'll fix and return your timepiece. $28 service evaluation & shipping fee applies. Additional fees may apply for shipping outside USA
